15 kilometers from Chisinau, in the Codrii forests of the Straseni district, is located the Chateau Cojusna Winery, where Pastoral wines are crafted. History of this wonderful place stretches back to year 1908, when Chateau Cojusna Winery developed workshops for growing authentic French grape varieties. Since 1964 Chateau Cojusna is producing and storing wines using both – traditional methods and new technologies. In 1979 first wine cellar was opened, which currently comprises about 2 km of cellars with collection of unique wines. Company MIGDAL-P, current owner of Chateau Cojusna, was founded in 1995 and today it is proud of its wine-making complexes, including Chateau Cojusna – leader of Moldova wineries. Pastoral wines are produced using the most efficient equipment combined with unique Chateau Cojusna wine making traditions thus offering our clients great price for taste of historical wine from Moldova.
